The frustration was in the instructions and samples for filling out forms. There are numerous examples of filled out sample forms that contradict the line-by-line instructions. Granted, some of these are minor issues, but should I really have to stop to decide which is better?--one| |Contains real-life, hands-on information that you won't find anywhere else....
